Groups of 55 or more run on multiple coaches, organized as a single booking with one quote and one invoice. We have handled conference and corporate groups of several hundred people, so a large event is routine for our team rather than a special request. A Queen Tour Concierge will be assigned to you once you submit your quote. They will coordinate the entire trip plan, itinerary and logistics for you. They will also work with your tour guide on the day of your trip to make sure it runs smoothly.
What is included in a private tour?
A private tour package is customized per your itinerary requirements. Queen Tour will organize your private vehicle, a licensed Niagara Falls tour guide, and all attraction/dining options. Optional add-ons include Niagara's top attractions, such as the Niagara City Cruises boat ride, dining reservations, and wine country stops. Once you approve the itinerary, you will receive a single all-inclusive invoice, rather than juggling separate transportation, guide and ticket bookings.

On a full coach that works out to about CA$65 per person. Every private tour is quoted individually because the final price depends on your group size, the vehicle needed, the attractions selected, and the dining option. Anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area or Niagara region: your hotel, Airbnb, office, conference centre, campus or home address. Pickup and drop-off points are part of the custom itinerary, so a corporate group can board at their downtown venue, and a family can be picked up at their front door. Airport pickups can also be arranged as part of the quote.
How long is a private Niagara Falls tour from Toronto?
A typical private tour is approximately 9 hours door to door. Our sample itinerary picks up between 8:00 and 10:00 AM and returns by 5:30 PM, with the drive from Toronto to Niagara Falls taking about 90 minutes each way. Because the vehicle and guide are yours for the day, the timing is flexible: start later, stay for the evening illumination, or shorten the day to fit a conference schedule.

What vehicles do you use for private tours?
Private SUVs for up to 6 passengers, XL vans for 7 to 13, mini-coaches for 14 to 24, mid-size coaches for 25 to 33 and full-size coaches for 34 to 54 passengers, all air-conditioned. Our fleet is fully insured, licensed and certified, with daily vehicle inspections. Photos of each vehicle class are in the fleet gallery on this page, and your quote names the exact vehicle for your headcount.
Do you offer private wine tours in Niagara-on-the-Lake?
Yes. A winery tour and tasting is one of the most popular add-ons to a private Niagara Falls tour: choose the Niagara Winery Teaching College or Jackson Triggs Estate Winery, and add a stop in the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Wine country stops fit naturally into the afternoon of the sample itinerary, or we can build a full wine-country day for your group.
We are fewer than 10 people. Should we book a private tour?
We cater to private groups of all sizes; however, for most small groups, our group tours would be a more cost-effective and enjoyable option. Our Niagara Falls Day Tour starts at CA$99 per person, and the Niagara Falls Evening Tour starts at CA$109 per person, both with local Downtown Toronto pickup and a licensed guide. Private makes sense below 10 only when you specifically want your own vehicle, your own schedule or a custom itinerary. If you prefer the custom option, we have modern SUVs and sprinter vans for smaller private tours.
Can you handle a corporate event or conference group?
Yes, Queen Tour has experience working with hundreds of corporate events and conference groups. If you are the event planner, executive assistant or operations person organizing for a team, you deal with one contact, approve one itinerary and receive one invoice, whether that covers 24 people on one coach or several hundred across multiple coaches. Tell us the group size, date, and what the group should experience, and we will build the day around your agenda, including dining and timing to fit your conference schedule.
How do payment and gratuities work?
Once you approve your itinerary and quote, we confirm availability and send simple payment instructions. You can pay with a credit card or bank transfer, and attraction tickets, dining reservations and the vehicle are all covered by one invoice. Your quote lists the gratuity for your guide and driver and HST as separate line items, so the total you see is the total you pay.
What is the private tour cancellation policy?
Private group bookings follow a tiered refund schedule: a full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before the tour, 75% if cancelled 15 to 29 days before the tour, 50% if cancelled 14 days before the tour, and no refund within 48 hours of departure. The tiers exist because a private booking reserves an entire vehicle and guide for your chosen date, and attractions/dining are not refundable for private group bookings once we lock in the numbers with them in Niagara.
