What is the cheapest way to get to Niagara Falls from downtown Toronto?

The honest answer is the GO Train with a WEGO combo, CA$22 on weekends and CA$34 on weekdays in 2026. It takes about 2 hours each way and Niagara Falls GO Station sits 2 km from the falls. Does any shuttle run from downtown hotels to the falls?

Is it better to see Niagara Falls during the day or at night?
