    About the Zipline to the Falls

    WildPlay runs the Zipline to the Falls as the official Niagara Parks supplier. You launch from Grand View Marketplace at 5920 Niagara Parkway, the same stop the WEGO bus uses for Niagara City Cruises (Hornblower) at the bottom of Clifton Hill.

    The line follows the edge of the gorge, American Falls off to your side, open air and treetops below you. The falls fill your view the whole way down from a launch platform 67 metres (220 feet) above the landing.

    The ride ends on the observation deck at the base of Horseshoe Falls, close enough to feel the mist. Our guides have worked this stretch of the Parkway since 1994.

    Niagara Parks lists a single ride from CA$69.99 plus 13% HST, and that’s the figure to budget against. Express costs more and has no published flat rate, so ask at the tower. WildPlay sells tickets on site and online, and Niagara Parks lists the current admission with a link through to booking.

    WildPlay takes full payment at booking, and its change window closes 72 hours before your check-in time. Inside that window, and for no-shows, the ticket is final and no money comes back. Those terms belong to WildPlay, not to us: Queen Tour’s own policy, free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure, covers the coach tour only.

If WildPlay cancels for weather, its published policy is to rebook you or refund the ticket in full. That protection only covers a closure WildPlay calls.     If you’re visiting June through August, Express is worth the extra cost: General Admission runs 90-120 minutes total and reviewers report waits closer to three hours on the busiest days, while Express keeps you to 20-30 minutes. Outside peak summer, or if you ride before 11:00 am or after 6:00 pm, General Admission’s wait times drop enough that the price difference may not be worth it. If you’re squeezing the ride into a few hours of free time on a day trip, Express is the safer bet.
