Founded in 1994, Queen Tour is a boutique family owned tour operator with a passion for creating unforgettable tourist experiences. The husband and wife behind Queen Tour started with a dream of transforming the tourist experience in Toronto, and with the financial help of their beloved mother, were able to pass the various legal obstacles that existed back in those days to work in Niagara Falls, and to purchase their very first tour bus.
Queen Tour is a fully licensed and insured sightseeing tour agency and tour operator. We offer group tours and private tours. Our mission is to be the best tour operator in Toronto by making it easy to book our tours, to receive unmatched customer service when communicating with us prior to the tour, to pre-emptively maintain our fleet of vehicles, to have the most knowledgeable and friendly tour guides, and to have the best planned tour itineraries.

Our Fleet of Buses
We have a modern fleet of vehicles which are routinely maintained, cleaned and disinfected by our Fleet Manager. Our buses are mini-coaches and range in capacity from 13 to 28 passengers. Each bus has a dual front and rear climate control system including air-conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. Each vehicle is equipped with phone charging stations either at each seat or at the front of the bus (USB C and USB A connectors, and cables for iPhones and Android phones.
Our routine maintenance for every bus includes a semi-annual safety inspection at an Ontario Ministry of Transportation licensed facility, daily driver inspections, weekly deep-dive inspections, regular air-conditioning maintenance, and we follow the manufacturer-recommended service schedule. Bus maintenance is our highest priority. We recognize that high-quality service costs money and we budget appropriately to stay on top of any potential issues. Tour interruptions and cancellations due to vehicle issues would cost us much more than investing in proper maintenance with reputable technicians. You have our commitment that bus safety is our highest priority.
Looking to work with us for tours or other transportation services for large groups? We work with reputable Coach dealers to organize tours or transport for private groups of up to 58 people per vehicle. We work with conference organizers and other organizations and have experience organize trips for several hundred people.
